Im about to start netball season in 4-5 weeks and i have lost all my fitness, i Was out of breathe by the second quarter at trials and could barely keep going in third quarter (i play centre so i basically need to just be able to run and run and keep running) what fitness programme on this website will be best to get my fitness up so i can run around a netball court for an hour?
