Yes, but you still need a healthy diet, and it doesn't have to be anything dramatic. Just good, wholesome foods. Do your cardio and a great ab routine(try FT's) and I am sure you will get the results you want.

Yes, do not diet to lose weight, but eat well balanced healthy foods to fuel your body properly. Add in resistance training and you will add muscle therefore speeding up your metabolism and burning fat faster.

THe only way those abs will show any definition is if you clean up what you're putting into your body. With that I mean, stay away from processed foods, the more natural the food is the better. Get rid of simple carbs, white bread/rice/pasta, sugar, etc., Get some protein/complex carbs/good fat balanced into each of your 5 small meals a day.
Do a search on this site & you'll find more than enough info.
Good luck! :)
-------------- You only get ONE body, take care of it and it'll take care of YOU!

Do not diet. This is a lifestyle change. The word diet alone is a trigger for people to fail...this is something to do forever. lots of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, poultry, lean meats, all well balanced serving sized. http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/hpfb-dgpsa/onpp-bppn/food_guide_rainbow_e.html That is Canada's food Guide. :)
