I lost about 18kg 2 years ago but put about 8 kg back on. Have been constant for a year now but planning to start exercising to lose the extra 8. The problem is when i lose the weight I still have a flabby tummy. I had 4 kids in 5 years with the last pregnacy being twins! Have sretch marks on my tummy, but learnt they are just a part of motherhood. Any advice to help lose the flab, the youngest are 4 years.
