I am 31 years old, 145 lbs., 5' 8 1/2", and the mother of 4 kids. My youngest is 10 months old and I would like to know how I lose the extra 5-8 lbs. in my stomach and get toned up? I am in pretty good physical shape. I play softball 7 months out of the year and I play basketball over the winter months, but I kind of miss having a flat tummy!
