Ok I normally dont drink alot of water, but the past few days since I am starting my exercising and eating healthier. I have been making myself drink it. I have been also buying flavored water... I was wondering is it bad or worse than regular water?? or does it just have the added flavor?
As long as it is low or no calorie and low or no sodium, flavored water is fine.
i like a lot of the different berry falvored ones, and lemon and lime always tatse good.
