Just a quick question for those who supplement with flax seed oil. I just bought a bottle because I'm concerned with the amount of omega-3 fatty acids in my diet. Since I don't eat fish very often at all I thought it would be a good idea. When I opened it, I noticed it was a much darker yellow than I expected. Kind of like a mixture between olive oil and motor oil. Is it supposed to be that color?

Yes...I have used flax seed oil before..because I had the same concerns about my diet...and it seems to me that that is the color it is supposed to be. I was skeptical about trying it for the first time....but later found that it tastes alot better than I expected....
Hope this helps...

Thanks for the info. The taste, in my opinion, is not all that great. :( I mix a teaspoon in with my Myoplex Deluxe, one each in the morning and night.

I mix it in with my shake after I workout. Its not expensive at all compared to a majority of supplements out there. You can even pick it up at places like K-Mart, Wal-Mart, etc.

Geez your guys are lucky with all your supplements.... I mean it's easy for you to get everything. Of course I can buy creatine and Weight Gainers as well, but an "easy" thing like flax seed oil or simply cottage cheese I cannot find in France...... or low fat tofu.... or diet Sprite....
