lol!! If I find myself ever there, which is a rarity over the last six months, I either portion control, meaning ordering off the kids menu or I go without the buns and fries, stay with the skinless chicken, and substitute water. Subway, of course, has some better choices. Salads are ok if you order them without the fattening additions and use low fat dressings. Basically, I have found that after I remove all the fattening stuff (which is most of it), fast food places lose their appeal quickly! What I have found that works is I picked a few restaurants in our area that have great low fat meals and I get on the cell phone and order my to-go ahead when I'm out and about, I don't compromise time - which is most times why we find ourselves at those fast food restaurants, and I get some decent food, but most often I convince myself that stopping at the store is better for me!
