I can't have gluten, so limiting my caloric intake is sometimes hard b/c gluten free foods are usually worse for you (flours, etc). So, I have been sticking to a simple diet and feeling awesome, I think I need to eat more. I have been averaging around 1000 calories per day and working out for 2 hours...intense. Not really losing any weight, any suggestions or stories of how you conquered your stand still? Do I need to up my food intake? How can I make my exercises more intense?
