Is there a specific order that you can eat your food in to get optimum results? I.E. Protiens before carbs or vice versa.

I think your response to training will be what you eat throughout time. Day/week/month etc. Just have your meals, it doesn't matter what you eat first, just eat well(your required amount of calories at each meal).
