"all seafood, eggs and some wheat products...", that is a huge range of food allergies, both gluten, and possibly iodine (seafood). Have you been to an allergist to determine what it is in the foods that create symptoms for you? I have a severe allergy to fish with scales and I have to carry an epi pin in case I accidentally ingest fish or I will die.
Diet suggestions: chicken, legumes, fresh vegetables and fruits, red meat in moderation, etc.
Google food allergies and investigate different recipes that are nutritious and healthy for you.
