Im 15 and am going to be a sophmore in high school next year. We had our first football meeting and the coach said that he would like to have a few sophomores on varsity and i was wondering if anybody could suggest a weight training program that would be good 2 get ready for the football season. Thanks :cool:

PS:I'm 6'2'' 185 and i can bench 180.

Try setting up a freetrainer workout and work your way from there. Do alot of calisteniks on your own to increase your indurance and run alot to build more endurance (like 1-4 miles every other day if you can). Push hard and be patient, there maybe a more knowledgeable person on this, but I believe it will help. Good luck, and remember to do this for you and no one else.:cool::dumbbell:
