With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
I am 6ft 4in and weigh 310lbs 47 yrs of age. I am solidly built with a footballers physique. I workout regularly with weights and I also do cardio about 2-3 times a week. I am way bigger/muscular than I want to be. I would like to be leaner 100lbs less with a physique more like a rowers. I have just began working on my diet to cut out carbs sodas and sweets.
On the exercise front would welcome any advice on what my overall training program should look like to reach my goals.
