Hey I was wondering if ne of u guys no about a good football workout. Its the off season now but i heard that was the best time for heavy weights. If u got suggestions plz post em.
Oh i dont have acess to a machine so free weight exercises would be best

u heard right...offseason is best time to put up numbers and gain size.....search for some workouts in this forum it's been discussed several times....generally u want to do heavy freeweight compound exercises, deadlifts, squats, push and press, power cleans, bench presses,sled dragging....all at 5 or less reps to mostly failure....u have to warm up thoroughly for all of them...and make sure u can handle the weight before attempting it...
