I ate Oatmeal

Just wanted to share that with everyone. I used to always be disgusted with it since I was a kid (probably because mean old mom used to make me eat it). It was actually pretty good. Now to find some different ways to eat it.

I like mine lumpy btw hehe!

well there's number 1) hot oats- 2 mins in the microwave with SKIMMED milk. no sugar, honey, jam, etc...
Try a bit of 2)cinnamon, 3)ginger, a 4)hand of sultanas or 5)straws.. Hey it's never gonna be WOW!!!
Extra in the 6)muesli along with a bag of 7)bran.

Well that's seven recipes for seven days and that makes one week man! Myself being once a weak man, I can honestly say once a week is enough for any man geddit??:laugh:

add cinamon, vanilla and some splenda before microwaving..mmm. And after it cools a little, you can mix in vanilla or chocolate protein powder!
