What are some exercises you can use to getta ripped forarm? lol wierd question but any answers would be appreciated;)

Thors hammer: take a dumbell.. hold it at an angle.. like a curl.. your arm is in an L shape.. now slowly turn the weight over.. just twist your arm so your palm is facing down instead of up... now turn it back.. there you have it..
and for forearms I usually use wrist curls.. with a single dumbell instead of a barbell.. I like it since it seems to target each one well and gives me a good stretch.. but thors hammers are probably better then reverse wrist curls for the other side...

I just do a superset of reverse and hammer curls. I do this once a week and do 4 sets. This seems to work reall well for me and also helps to shape my outer biceps too.
