....at least for a little while. Here's my problem: For the past three weeks or so I've not been feeling well. I've been having awful stomach pains...I'm talking light your insides on fire and try to rip them out of your body....type of pain. It always happens after I eat, and some days are better than others. I've recently discovered that meat (beef, chicken, you name it) seems to be the culprit. If I don't eat any meat for two or three consecutive meals, the pain is gone and I feel fine. Once I add meat back into my meals I'm miserable again. So I'm going to take it easy for a while and not eat meat and then try to slowly add it back in to my diet. In the meantime, anyone have any suggestions on how to get proper nutrition? I know I'll be lacking amino acids and B12....How do I supplement the amino acids? Is anything else I should know about? FYI...dairy seems to be ok and whey protein only in small amounts...eggs are out too.
