I am 6 feet tall and I weigh 82 kgs. I have well devloped body. I have good chest and shoulders. But my majore corncer in my biceps and triceps. I have 14.5 inche biceps. I have been training in the gym for the past 11 months. Can someone please let me know if 14.5 inch bicepo for a 25 years old is good or bad .and what I should do to increse it
