Im 14 and have a problem wiht my forearms. when i flex them in a certain way there are these little bumps that appear on my arms. it started out as only one of them on the back of my right forearm but now there is one on the side of my right forearm and a new one starting to form on my left forearm.Am i using too much weight or what?.they look like some sort of stress bubbles. I was wondering if anyone else has this and if there is a way to get rid of them.

It's always best to see a doctor when there's something that worries you about your body. But I'm gonna guess that they are just viens.

I highly doubt that they are veins...like everyone already pointed out...GO SEE A DOCTOR.....you may even want to stop lifting for a while until this is cleared up...if this turns out to be something serious you don't want to make it any worse...
