Woodie, I think the exercises Tim refers to are only viewable on FT Pro. I couldn't get to them in regular FT. {I may be wrong, Tim.] They come down to wrist curls, both forward and reverse.
Kneel in front of your bench and lay your forearms on the bench palmsup. Curl the bar or dumbells using your wrists only. When you curl down , let the bar roll to the last joint of your fingers then curl it back up. You can reverse this and do the same thing palms down.
This can be done with the bar behind your back ,arms straight and with the bar in front with arms straight and hanging by your side. Make sense??
Woodie if you are just starting out, the regular FT arm routines are probably enoufh.Hope this helps.

woodie, you can also do reverse barbell curls for your forearms. stand with your back straight and an overhand grip on the barbell. start with your elbows at a 90 degree angle and bring the weight up to your chest, then lower it back to where your elbows are 90 degrees. this always gives me a good burn.
also, if you want to strengthen your grip you can just hang from a bar for as long as you can. you'll burn doing that too.

Not all of the kids are at home, most (6) are grown with thier own families. I have 10 grandkids. The 5 at home are all special needs kids we adopted. They do give me a work-out but, when you spend time one on one then that's 5 icecream cones for me for every one for them. not a bad deal at first.

Doesnt your forearm get worked when doing bicep curls and such. Theres no forearm workout fitted into my program, I thought it automatically gets worked with the rest of the arm exercises im doing as a secondary/third(?) muscle.
