I've had a look through all the bicep and tricep exercises and most say that forearms are a secondary muscle group that is exercised.
They also give advise on how to isolate biceps/triceps etc.. but there are no exercises to bulk up forearms.

I was wondering this primarily because I have exceptionally thin wrists, very large hands and since i've been working out my biceps and upper forearms are larger making my wrists look even thinner! (eep!!)

I was told to just use a free-weights and twist my wrist up (inwards of course) then let the weights roll down through my hand and repeat. I'm not convinced though.. it just hurts my wrists and i'm sure there are only just tendons there anyway so need some advice on how to bulk up lower forearm area... i think!?!??

Form my expierance, wrists are small caus eyou have a small bone structure. That area of the wrist, is just atachements for ligiments and tendons, actually very lil muscle. Doing forearm curls, extensions, and sidecurls, will help strenthen the wrists, however won't make the wrist area "big" However having a samll wrist is good, it makes your forearms look that much bigger.
