So today I had a pretty intense leg day, and jammed home just to drink my shake within 30 mins of working out. By the time I got home, I was so tired that I took my shoes off and laid down on the couch. I totally forgot my PWO shake...the most important one. I ended up drinking it like 2 hrs after, and my question is Was the workout i had useless because I didnt drink the PWO shake?
You completely wasted your workout and need to head back to the gym and do it all over again. :) The PWO shake is for optimum results and missing occasionally isn't going to hurt you.
