Hey cc, Have you found out your BF%? You may not need to lose 20 lbs. Lumina posted a great article to figure out you caloric intake with your LBM. Here is a website that you can use to make the math easier once you find out your BF%.
I would lower the carbs and raise the fat, but then again I'm not following the freetrainers pogram ;-) Numbers look alright though. I'm assuming you weigh 148? I can't give any numbers for you to compare it to unless you tell me your weight.
