Haven't been here in a while. But here's the scoop. Was doing really well w/ FT and then I hit a plateau for about 3 months. Started Atkins and then lost about 8lbs in 5 weeks. Then I found out I was pregnant. So I stopped Atkins b/c Dr didn't approve. Nor did she approve of me lifting weights more than 30lbs or going over heart rate of 120. so of course I changed Dr's b/c everything I've read says that exercise is good. And a HR of 120 didn't allow me to even breathe differently or break a sweat. But now I need a workout tailored to pregnancy. Does any one have any website suggestions for workouts tailored toward PG women?
Any help is appreciated.
