Ever since the summer i have had to my game in the gym. Doing a houe and a half a day just isnt cutting it any more, Even when i up the weight. So to get the pump i have to do two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon. This also mean i've had to up my meals to seven to nine a day in two hour splits. The gains are great, im not conplaning but are the any ways of getting gains up with cutting the eating down?

Sounds like to me your problem is doing too much. Two hours seems like overtraining. If you hit the weights hard and with intensity then it should take no longer than an hour too exhaust your muscles. Anymore than this will be detrimental, because you have used your energy stores up, so your body turns to the muscle that you are trying to build for energy, and you counteract this by eating more. I would go back down on the amount of time that you lift, no more than hour in my opinion, and this should help cut down how much you have to eat.

you might be getting gains now, in a month or so, you might start getting smaller.
However it would also depend on how often your doing this.........2 times a week prolly wouldn't over train......4 times or 5 times a week....then yes eventually you will...unless your on "somthing" ;)

Maybe you should do 8 hours of cardio a day to go with all that lifting.

If you can't get a quality workout in in 2 hrs., you are doing something seriously wrong. Even that is normally more than any of spend in the gym. I suggest sitting and re evaluating your time spent in the gym.

If you work hard enough during the main session, you shouldn't have enough energy to do an additional workout in the evening. Intensity, not volume, is key
