I'm new here, and thought I'd drop a note on the board. I'm 26, very overweight, and my main goal is to be healthy. I sit at a computer desk all day, and that doesn't help things. I've got a weight set and recumbent bike in my garage, but have yet to put them to good use. I'm hoping this website will help me lose weight and feel great.
