i have a total gym in my room so i will need a few free weights to do this. am i correct?

total gym isnt that good so..go buy yourself a weight bench and dumbells & barbell and u will be good to go and one more thing fill out your profile plz

i'm confused because if you've got a total gym and it's suggested you need a bench, bells and bar. You haven't got anything total to start off with. And you don't know anyway if you need a few weights. But your the guy staring at this total gym in your room wondering ''Now what do I need?''...

Sorry, but you are looking at the kit and we have a faint text here. What can I say, er... Does it look like it has anywhere to hang a weight on? What colour is it? Is it heavy?

bojo - the Total Gym is used by a lot of people and disliked by many. Consensus seems to be that you need more but if that's all you have ... It's sure better than nothing.
