Got a quick question ever a yes or know would suffice if you don't wanna go into detail. My biceps are one of the only muscles on me that never seem to get sore and I don't want to over work them in one session. So would it be detremental for me to do biceps twice in one week?

No. I only do 9 sets total as the bicep is only one third of the arm Also I make sure to fully extend my arm so when I curl I'm getting a full contraction. Heavy mass movement to start, then isolation followed by shapign works best for me.
See you in the gym

Just to add, getting or not getting soreness (DOMS) in a muscle group does not mean you are getting a good or bad workout.
