Hey, everyone! I'm new here and i wanted to introduce myself. I'm 19 and going into my 2nd year of college and i'm hoping to slim down and tone up. I love country music and scary movies. Fortunately, the freshman 15 didn't hit me too hard (only like freshman 5), but i'd still like to get back into better shape. I'm open to any advice anyone has, especially on cardio and how to plan out a solid routine (i always feel like i'm working out "wrong" somehow). Ok, so that's me. Thanks for listening.

Welcome - besides the great advice above, also fill out your profile information: eating habits, goals, what you may already do (activity level), what you like or have tried and succeeded or failed at etc. The more info people know about your health habits the easier it is for them to try and help!
