Hello all. I recently stumbled apon this site after trying endlessly to create a fitness routine. I've spend a good year with servere depression, which made me unmotivated, unhappy and unhealthy.
I'm planning to do some of the weightless home exercises every day as directed here and run for 20-30 mins every second day. Also it seems a protein supplement would assist me to reach required amount of protein. L-Glutamine has also been suggested to me as an aide.
The point of this post is to get justification and perhaps some hints for the plan.

Welcome James, Just feed yourself a good diet rich in protiens, carbs, good fat etc, and your heading in the right direction.
