OK here's the situation. I have an overweight friend trying to lose weight. He's been doing pretty good and all, he's lost about 30 pounds now. A while back I told him that he should be doing some weight lifting with high reps and light weight. Well he's been doing this and he says now that the weight he's lifting is getting easier for him to lift. Doesn't this mean that he is gaining mass which will in time make him gain weight? What should I tell him to do?
