This question may seem a little strange but I have a big problem with front squats. They hurt my shoulders as the weight is resting on them. Am I doing them incorrectly or is this a common complaint.

Put some padding around the bar. Most gyms have a pad with velcro.

when I played college football, they made us do them using a power clean grip, and it hurt my wrist at first, but it actually really increases flexibility over time and you can do it with no problem.

I have some good news! I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance by switching to Gieco!
