As you know my normal squat doesn't feel right, so I been doing fronts for about 3 weeks. But I have now taken a week off......should I go back to normal squats? Or will front squats help out my regaular squats any? I'm bout to restart sun? any suggestions?

I alternate between front and back squats as my main leg excercise ever 3 or 4 weeks. I find that after a couple of weeks of front squats, my 1rm for back squats will go up. Also, I seem to recall gator saying something about how westside barbell powerlifting never trains the back squat, only variations and box squats, but still perform excellently at competitions.

I like front squats because they put extra stress on the lower back which helps build your squat.
