front, helps more stablization, I fyou lean over.....weight goes BOOM on the rack. So you have to really keep the back straight and abbs tight. This can be good or bad.
back squats you can lean over a lil more than usual, and doesn't require the same control, as a front squat.
Its liek apples and oranges, both are good at certain things, others not so good.

Back squats are easier. Its easier to backsquat more than you can front squat. Squats really work the hamstrings and i think f squats work quadriceps more. If you want to get stronger squats will be the predominant one of the two lifts.
