I was wondering what the difference between frozen veg. and canned veg. I am assuming frozen is the same as fresh veg.

If you can then take the frozen ones. Way too much salt (etc) in the canned veggies.

Oh by the way an other thing: when cooking with the frozen vegetables then use them directly from the bag; don't "unfreeze" them first (sorry my baaaaad English!!)
Eating them this way, your veggies wont have time to change a lot (: and will keep as many vitamines as possible.

I agree ... go for the frozen veggies. Because they're "flash-frozen" they have more nutrients than the veggies you find in the produce aisle, which have been sitting around for days & days

Frozen is best..... but trouble is all the pestacides you get in frozen or tinned! try frozen organic.... ok more expensive but might only add a couple of pounds to your shopping bill and veg aint bad value at the end of the day!
