If your talking about syntrax Nectar, they are excellent. The strawberry kiwi and the lemonade are ok mix well.

Yep, the Fuzzy Navel is also very tasty.

I am very partial right now to Muscle Milk brand banana flavor(any time other than post workut)...it is awesome. If you ever ate circus peanuts as a kid, you will love this stuff. Exactly same taste.

Try mixing the bannana with strawberry and chocolate. Tastes like a bannana split.

Yeah, this is old stuff. Look at the date. Protein factory did not react well to this, and therefore opened the doors for places like Trueprotein.com.

I"m confused by this, i'm guessing that it states the proteinfactory.com over states the amount of protein they're advertising? I just ortdered a tub last week thought i'd give it shot, the price seemed pretty good. I have ordered from trueprotein.com before but never made my own protein mix, i will have to give them a shot if i'm getting the false advertisement by proteinfactory.com correct.

No need to worry about the deletion Ivan.

Alot of claims from manufacturers are inaccurate. Perhaps also on other products.
1-2% per serving looks like not much, but overa 4 week intake it adds up.
Maybe they have improved since.

It is mostly in the form of MCT's. Very little MCT gets converted into body fat because MCTs are rapidly burned for energy. (medium chain triglycerides). Studies indicate that MCTs will not increase serum cholesterol levels.

I have been looking at the Muscle Milk also but everything I see says it has a very high fat content. (7-8g Saturated). The Muscle Milk RTD's claim that 80% of the sat. fat is used as energy. Anyone know more about the Fat content of this product.

fuzzy navel and sour apple are the top 2 i think you could also argue the strawberry kiwi flavor up there as well.
