hey there =) i'm really frustrated with myself because summer is almost around the corner and my tummy is all flabby and i have no idea what wokouts will work best. i weight 110lbs i'm not fat my arms and legs are fine although it wouldn't be bad to get my legs in shape too but my tummy is still hanging on to that " baby fat" and getting bigger. what can i do? what diet? can someone please help?
