I'm 23 , 5"2' and 121 pounds. I exercise lots and try to eat healthy but i can't seem to lose any weight. What am I doing wrong?? Occasionally I do have a bad eating day so i'm not sure if that is what throws me for a loop or maybe its that i'm not eating enough. I have no idea. I'm desperate for some help.
Hi there, we have all been in your situation and it takes time to learn, understand and get further.
You'll probably need to change your way of exercising;
too much cardio? No heavy lifting? too often or just not adapted to you? The same questions will be needed to determinate your diet.
What I suggest you to do is to get a personal trainer and make him or her help you take the first step.
