I have been working out for several years with a modicom of success. I have hit the wall as far as my diet and motivation is concerned. My body fat is about 20-25% (guestimate havent had it checked in forever) and my diet is so so-I know what I need to do but wish someone would lay it out for me. I read everything I can get my hands on about diet and exercise, am very familiar w/ all the "elite" trainers out there. Has anyone gotten a decent no muss no fuss workout for a 4-6 week cycle? I need a good weight loss cycle then a good mass cycle. I am a 39 year old women who understands that most supplements are designed for men...HELP!!!!
