I'm frustrated because I work out 4 times a week; yet I still am stuck at the same weight. I do at least 45 minutes of aerobic exercise and 15 mintues of weight lifting. I thought this should help me lose weight......help me!!!!

So what did you change in your diet?.. and 45 minutes of cardio 4 times a week.... and only 15 minutes of weight lifting?.. yikes.. sometimes it takes me 15 minutes just to warm up (running.. stretches.. etc).. try to follow one of the ft programs and do more weight lifting.. cardio maybe 2 or 3 times a week (I forgot whats usually recommended around here)..start maybe one of the toning programs.. and ask around to adjust your diet.. you probably won't lose too much eating all the wrong foods

I know it sounds funny, but try to do 45mins of weight training and 15mins of cardio and eat more......

Actually this is the answer. You'll put on some lean muscle mass and the fat will melt of right away.

Take a look in the nutrition forum to read about eating proteins, 6-7 times daily etc

Philia is right. I do about 45-90 minutes weight training a day and about 45-60 minutes cardio per day. Don't worry about getting bulky either, it is not easy for women to gain mass so you can lift heavy with no worries.

Hmmm....I'll definitely try those suggestions. As to my diet, I am trying to stick to about 1,900 calories a day, with a limit on my fat intake, as suggested by the nutrition program on this site. Have a lot to learn though.....

Another thing, don't limit your fat intake (avoid saturated fat though), limit your carb intake instead!!!!
