hi, i am new to this sight but i just have a question. i am trying to lose weight so i am starting a new exercise routine and i would like to get on a new diet, except i am not too sure what to eat, especially in the morning. would a fruit salad around 10 a.m. be a good idea, or does it if have too much sugar or carbs? I pretty much just want to know if eating fruit on a daily basis would be ok if i am trying to lose weight. thanks for ur help. also, how low should i keep my carbs???

How about giving us some info, like how much you weigh?

well i'm about 5'10" and i weigh about 200 pounds......i wanna lose at least 25 pounds....
