ft muscle mass programs

hi every1

i was jus wonderin about these muscle mass programs. In the 1st week of these programs there arnt many exercises 2 target the specified muscles - eg. the chest workout in the first week only mentions that u do the pec dec. is this enuf 4 a workout in the 1st week or do u need 2 add ur own exercises in the schedule?

and does the program get more intense after a few weeks?

Just follow the program zed. I got good results from the 8-week mass program! Just remember to start out with lighter weights, but end up heavy. Early in the program, exercises will mostly be compound ones. Towards the end, there will be some isolation exercises to help you define the mass you will have gained.

Don't worry zed-luv (have you seen the pics of the guys who made those programs?!!!!!) You'll get results. Just follow the program, do some cardio and eat healthy.

Is it better to do lighter weights then heavier ones, Please help.
