I have a question, the nutrition plan at this web-site gave me this feedback on what to eat:
Protein -220 g
Carbohydrates -550 g
Fats - 42 g
Total Calories - 3419
However, in the Max-OT liftingplan, which is the trainign plan I want to follow it says you should break your calories down into:
53% Protein
37% Carbs
10% Fat
10% I really don't know
I haven't heard anyone agree with the FT planner 100% yet. If you are following a different plan, then don't be dissuaded by another one. Sometimes it depends on your individual goal also. I eat about half the carbs that FT tells me to.
