The site says for me to eat 1891 cals, now I chose the weight loss and tone category.
Should I do a test run with this amount of cals or lower it a bit?
Seems like alot to me.
Also do I keep the cals the same on my rest days or should I go a tad lower? Like 1700 or something?

Sometimes the FT nutritional guides may be a little high because they are designed for intense lifting and cardio. Why don't you try 1800 for a few weeks and then readjust.
