I just started FT's special program for CHEST mass.
before starting, i was doing a routine with chest twice a week, and i was quite happy with the improvement i was seeing in my chest.Now, the question is, should i still do chest twice or just follow the pogrom?
two more questions:
1>can i do BARBELL TRICEP EXTENSION in a standing position. i dont fell very comfortable while doing it in sitting position.
2>Should i add one more exercise to the back day.And wat is the best exercise for lower lats.
I will appreciate any type of help.

Well it has been two days and yet no replies.:(
so i guess i cant get any help from here. PLease dont get me wrong. this is a great site and a great board.
so its my last post here in ft message boards, I want to thank everyone here who helped me achieve my goals and for all the knowledge i acquired from all of you.

if you were not going to follow the program why sign up for it. Follow it.
1 yes you can do them standing
2 bent rows and DB rows
There happy now? Two days give me a break. No one answered my questions for 4 years ( there was not freetrainers) DEAL with it!:angry:
