Ok, I went through the steps to get my workout for the first week...but I have 2 questions?

Day 1 -Squats & Leg Presses

It gives me 5 rows of squats and then says, Target and Actual - Is the target the amount of reps?

Why would the target be less than the Actual?

(Hope this Q makes sense?)

Good question...I'm afraid my screen doesn't show it that way. Does the "Target" have amounts listed next to it and the "Actual" blank? I'm assuming that they are giving you an amount to strive for and "Actual" would be how many reps you actually completed. I'm only guessing though...Hope this helps some <smile>

Yup target is the reps you should go for actual is what you really got. ex: target 10 reps actual 8 reps good luck!

Squats are really a very good thing, but in my world, Deadlifts are King!!!!!!!!

No blank spaces at all.

Like this -

Target Actual
15 15
12 15
6 10
5 10
4 10

So if target is what I should be going for, why is actual higher than target?

Wow, my guess was WAY off...I'm sorry SyncSA...
Perhaps there is a gliche in the system?
Maybe try to set the program up again and see if you obtain the same results...
I wouldn't think that they would fill in the actual amount for you. But you and I may be on two different programs.
What program are you starting on? Home? Gym?
If gym, does it show an extra spot for amount of weight lifted? We'll get it figured out one way or the other :o)

Its actually what it means....target. When one increases the weight lifted, they may not reach the target # of reps targeted for. Just like the others said.
