I need some advise on the workout programs on this website. I am currently doing the weight loss & definition program at the "beginner" level. I have been doing this for about a month now. I am not a beginner when it comes to weights as I have played football all my life but the reason I chose the beginner level is because I have not lifted weights consistantly for over 2 years and I was kind of starting from scratch again. I have about 15-20 lbs of fat to lose and I want to start toning and building muscle. My question is, is the weightloss & definition program right for my goals? AND, should I be at the beginner level or the intermediate level? I really don't feel like I am doing enough exercises at the beginner level.
any help is appreciated.

The program you are on works quite well. I like to add in the shoulders program with it, as it adds to the exercises. You stated you haven't trained in quite some time, so yes, start as a beginner at least for the 1'st couple of programs. Good luck.

thanks carivan, I just noticed that there are only about 1-2 exercises per body part and I kind of feel that I should be doing more than that. I have been doing this program for about a month or so....so when should I step up to the next level and start doing more exercises???

If I remember correctly it is a 12 week program right? I would do the 12 weeks, take a week off and start over at the next level.
