Same for me! I was lifting twice a day in High School, stopped after graduation and havn't done anything until I stumbled on to ft.com. Almost 9 years. I've been going for 3 weeks and love being back.

I think the best resource is the other users of FT.com. The site is a great meeting place and it provides a great place to share all the knowledge the members have accumulated
