Okay so I don't get why weightloss has to be be such a blah... why can't it be fun? There is new food to eat, which is always interesting, and as long as there is movement your getting some sort of work out right? So me hunting, fishing, playing pool, playing with the baby, running, and dancing all count... right? Help :) major!!!
I agree with you totally! I am tryin to have a better attitude towards exercise and eating healthier and want to make it fun. I do try to take advantage of other activities for exercies like walking faster at work, or parking further away from stores.
You can calculate your calorie burn by activities you do daily but your body will not lose weight you want unless you push it past everyday activities. I found Zumba to be fun
