Has anyone taken this product? Is it effective? Supposedly it promotes lean muscle tissue and aids in fat blocking.

Gaba is an amino acid that is best taken before bed. It supposedly stimulates the pituitary gland, and helps release more growth hormone, plus better sleep, etc. I found ZMA to be much more effective.

I take a small teaspoon of GABA just before bed time the nights I know that I'll not be able to get more than a couple of hours of sleep. Helps wonders and I'm not tired the day after.
I don't take it more than once or rarely twice a week though.
GABA is illegal in Europe.

I used it for a few months, it's a great product as far as inducing sleep without any "hungover" feeling the next morning. I have to say I find it better than ZMA's side effects (which have really distorted my dreams.)
