Hey i am a 13 year old guy i am 5' 9" and 111 pounds. I would like to gain muscle mass, what do you recomend,what can i eat to help out with my training:dumbbell:

at 13 i wouldn't sweat it. but if your determined to put on muscle mass you can eat just about anything as long as you hit the weights.:dumbbell:

Whatever you are eating, I would up your protein intake, and try to get all that extra food in through extra meals, instead of just enlarging your current meals.
This will keep you body in an anabolic state for longer after weightlifting, and will help you to build more muscle, without alot of extra body fat. Make sure one of your meals is within 45 minutes to an hour of working out, and try to get a protein shake in immediately after working out.
